An easy fix for the seat gap problem is to just stuff a folded towel or blanket between the cushions.

From what I have learned there are two people in this world. Those who will buy this class of bench or better or those who will buy a cheaper bench and buy this class of bench or better in two years. I bought a cheaper bench at the start of the pandemic. The rep bench is coming tomorrow.

Hi, great video. But I'm wondering what the second long silver pin is used for, the one to the rear of the 6-hole foot pad carrier assembly.

Probably just an extra in case you lose the first.

You can put a pin on either side and give the foot pad some movement between the pins is my guess.

Did you have any play with front seat when doing decline sit ups ? I notice due to the pop pin system there is some small amount of play when doing sit ups

Very minimal, the big thing for me is making sure the bolts under the seat are snug to avoid side-to-side play!

The seat is cable of being turned around to fix the gap. These benches without doubt the best for the money . I own two of their flat benches .

Huge fan of this bench! Lightweight and easy to adjust, just wish it had a closed ladder and vertical storage.

Nope. I had to also install the narrow end of the bench to the front so that I could use the rollers comfortably doing sit-ups, etc.

Sorry for the delay! You can tuck them out of the way, but I don't ever find them to bother me. I actually find myself using them a lot when benching.

I wouldn't suggest that since you'd probably cause the pad to wear down!
