Which wrench did you use to tighten bolts? I went to Home Depot twice and both didn't fit in ridiculously small space to tighten nuts.

Goodmorings, sit-ups on bench, weighted hypers, pullovers, bent over rows in multiple positions, upright rows, curls, JM press, the list goes on!

Neutral grip OHP and BP with handles attached. Your first time benching however your head lifts off bench with bare bar and less so with 25s - it should get easier quickly.

Nah bro, I'm wearing stilts here. And the altitude gives the appearance of height. That's why only manlets climb mountains.
