Thompson Gym got that Oldschool Garage Gym character like in the 80s and 90s, where neighborhood friends and team mates would meet up to lift big, push each, and BBQ after. Such an awesome place!

Hey Juji I have kind of a weird question. Have you ever been approached about going on the Joe Rogan Experience? Its seems to me you'd be a great guest. you and Joe both obviously love fitness, have some mutual friends, are entertainers, and he already reps your brand. He knows who you are, I just dont understand how this happened already! idk if you even will see this but I was just curios and figured I wouldd have a better chance getting a response from you than Joe lol.

I'm so happy hearing they do 8 day splits, those rest days are so necessary. Even though I don't do regular lifting, I still find I'm much stronger after an extended rest like a week after a good heavy lift session, so a 2-3 day rest between sessions makes a lot of sense. It probably helps to extend the amount of rest with age as well.

It is a nice gym, but I'm more interested in what strength training methods she used to become incredibly strong. Is she using Zatsiorsky's 4 strength training methods and Louie Simmon's Conjugate Strength Training Methods? It seems to me she is doing something different or, at least, extra, because almost all powerlifters are using Zatsiorsky's 4 strength training methods and Louie Simmon's Conjugate Strength Training Method. I suggest in future videos, ask these strength champions what special strength tips they are willing to reveal, like Tommy Kono, "The Greatest American Weightlifter of All-TIme" went out of his way to reveal.
