She isn't impaired, but she doesn't know what she is doing. Her career is a set of failing upwards as a DEI higher just based on her senate voting record. There will be no difference between her and Biden as the party leaders decide. The president is just an executive order machine of whatever comes across their desk. Well Trump, Obama, Bush, and Clinton all did their own things, but this new set of DNC presidents don't. They don't send Joe Biden to talk to Putin and they wouldn't send Harris. They send someone like John Kerry or someone similarly experienced.
