I got no notification either until I bought Aura and did a Dark Web Audit. I agree that private companies have no right to collect and store our private data, especially Social Security data. That needs to be protected from private companies, corporations and half of our elected leaders. So they can quit spamming me for campaign money and do their damn jobs.

Just like your bank account # isn’t the same as your debit card #. Your SS# needs to be your account # & you can’t access it without verification through your new plastic chipped pin card. Easy peasy. We pay plenty taxes for this. The super wealthy who don’t need or use SS# because they have cash anytime they need it are the same antisocial narcissist crooks you keep electing to run our govt. Agreed, these companies don't need our ID. I avoid giving it whenever possible. Most have terrible security. My concern with aura is that they store your ID info on their servers globally for staff to access, and after you complete the service, they keep it stored online, which isn't safe. joindeleteme seems to remove your ID after you end the service. But always ask, to be sure.

They already said no new numbers. What they need to do is give us a plastic SS card with a chip and a pin number and a number on it that isn’t our Social Security number and use our Social Security number as an account number just like banks do. Your bank account number is not on your debit card for security purposes. This should’ve happened 20 years ago. But this is what happens when the American people worship the wealthy and hate each other. This is what happens when Americans will only elect the super wealthy one percent to represent you and those super wealthy one percent people look at their constituents like slaves. That’s why this guy is talking to you like babies and saying that he’s gonna tell the bad guys to stop it by making another law, that they have no intention of enforcing.
