Ola! Fiz a minha pec com uma bms 4s/ 40a, para minha bosch de 14 ,4v mas quando ligo o botão da parafusadeira ela corta a corrente. Só não corta qdo aciono o botão lentamente! Teria alguma dica para solucionar esse meu problema? Desde já lhe agradeço.

There are 3 reasons that your computer can not run immediately if the trigger is pressed too fast. One is your battery has too low instantaneous discharge current compared to machine capacity, 2 is your bms has not enough instantaneous maximum discharge current of 40A while machine starting current is larger. 3 is because your starter switch has a problem, maybe dust and dirt make it not work properly

Which new or old Li-Ion cells did you install and what is their maximum amperage? If you installed cells from a laptop, then it is clear why the machine accelerates slowly. Quais células de íon de lítio novas ou antigas você instalou e qual é a amperagem máxima? Se você instalou células de um laptop, fica claro por que a máquina acelera lentamente.

I had the same issue and added a diode to the positive output wire and it solved it.
