Excellent tutorial! Ive watched a few videos on this subject and yours by far the best. I was going to do my own. I have a 2001 FZ1 with a yoshimira Titanium slip on. talking with Yoshi tech he said that they use a commercial air rivet gun that really sucks the rivets down. Do you feel like your hand gun did a great job? Aren't they stainless rivets ? One guy on another Chanel said he had to buy a 2 hand rivet gun to make it work. Just trying to decide what to do. Thank again

The rivets took a lot of force to install. I think they are stainless. I was questioning my hand riveter. HF sells a two hand riveter that's well reviewed at a good price.

I guess you could, but it may damage the muffler. If I wanted to do that, I'd probably make a straight through pipe for the canister so exhaust would exit without going into the body. Racing only of course.

You can clean the muffler and it's parts. The packing should be discarded and replaced.

Things that effect emissions often aren't legal in many countries; at least for on-road use. I think it will depend on what province, just like US states have different laws. Otherwise, I don't know. I'm in the US.

Why did u remove stage6 exhaust on rc-1?

Beacuse It performed worse than the malossi.

Because 1/8 miles times are better with the MHR 94cc exhaust than with the Stage6 R/T FL100 pipe.
