@@TECHUSK unfortunately I'm not skilled enough yet to do the proper troubleshooting he does here, I can just usually find the location of shorts and totally broken components and stuff. Since it's the same problem though, have you tried his solution in this video? Sorry for the late response.

@@pondsgreen9878 I'm not really confident enough in my abilities to offer a paid service. I just find them broken on eBay and try to fix and resell them. That way, if I mess up I haven't ruined anyone's day. Thanks for the offer though! I will say that repairing it yourself isn't too expensive or difficult. This guy's videos really do help. The only equipment I use is a heat gun, 60 watt soldering iron, flux, a multimeter and some tweezers. It also really helps that I have some other GPUs for parts, but in a lot of cases you can find the components you need from other electronics around the house. Good luck with your card! hi thanks for the educational video i have the same problem with mine is there a way to tell if the driver is still good or not cause i am having another defective card that i can swap drivers or maybe try on one by one ( i am a newbie on gpu repair ) do you have a video that shows more clearly voltage of cpu , memory pci express etc.... i know you need 3 voltages 12v 5v and 3v but i am never too sure where to take mesurement on the gpu ......anyway you are one of the best if not the best i have seen so far on youtube thanks to share with us your knowledge very appreciated !!!!!

My GTX 770 just died on me, a Gigabyte Windforce OC 4GB with 8+2 phase VRM and with 2 8-pin connectors. It served me flawlessly for over 6 and a half years but in these last two months, just for a stupid experiment, I left it under a 425W Enermax PSU, which turned out to be insufficient and in the long run let it die with a black screen, no more screen signal and fans at full. It sucks we're too far away. I'll try to bake it one of these days but I don't think it'll do because it has to be something a lot more serious as you've shown, especially because of the black screen.

hi.. i have a gtx 780 founder's ed. it has power and display. each time you will install drivers, it will just be on boot loop. it wont accept any driver. done uninstall / reinstall latest and older driver, flashed bios, format pc. all still doing same thing. is there still a chance that it would have its second life? pls respond. thanks.

hi. greate channel! I have a nvidia 760 witch at some time even if the both power connections were connected, board was not booting up and was showing in bios "coonect pci-e power..." . For some reasones the board now is boot-ing ok. But on default settings the power consumption is showing only peak 72%. and temp is going in 4 seconds to 80-90 degrees. Tnx!

hello n how R U? I have GTX 760OC that power on (fans) and the i checked it without the cooler and its heats up. Dont have display, dont have any burnt marks. what should i do please?

If it's heating up the chip is probably getting power and should be giving output, so it's possible that the chip might be dead for good. Usually the only chance at fixing it is a 5 minute reflow with a heat gun (reballing isn't necessary, the solder isn't the problem but the chip itself). Even then there's a low chance it comes back. It depends on whether or was damaged by too much electricity (dead dead) or too much heat (mostly dead)

Say eli: if I wanted to mod my board, to keep either memory or driver from killing the graphics chip, are there caps or resisters on which a tiny fuse can be added like you did?

my asus strix gtx 970 4g does not give video when connecting to the pc and check all the components and they are working, I even put it in the oven to see if the problem was solved but it remains the same. what will be the problem, will the gpu be dead?

My gigabyte gtx 770 4gb does play windows and other things perfectly but when i play high graphic game then my display go dark where i can listen sound sometime and sometime lagging sound and restart automatically. i tried to clean and used new thermal paste and thermal pad but still same problem. plz help bro !!
