Yep! In the USA you call it weed eater line I guess?

They (UK & Australia) combine String and Trimmer to form Strimmer!

I'm Australian and I've only really heard the machine itself called a whipper snipper, and referred to the consumables as whipper snipper cord, or trimmer line , that could be because I'm in the country though so your mileage nay vary :)

I’m from the Uk originally and always called it strimmer, here in Australia it seems to be called whipper snipper. Now I call it either or.
