Looking for double sided adhesive tape to have spare for whenever I remove my cell phone case to clean it. Any suggestions that would be good options knowing the more that I remove the case to clean my phone, eventually the factory adhesive tape will begin to get worn out.

To be honest I haven’t used double sided tape for screens for years, b7000 glue I found to be the best and most reliable. But I’ve never tried the tape in the video so I might have to try it out and see how good it is. Thanks for the recommendation Justin.jay

I would say that if you focus on no primer at all and work on keeping frames immaculately clean prior to install, and then following the proper heat and pressure required to seal. That the primer will be less important for you, which in turn will give you some better inside track on what to use it on. Some devices geometries and natural stress points can cause issues with some things staying applied, this also goes for things that tend to have a almost nonexistance 1mm adhesive border. These are the only times personally, that i would consider even using primer. Always assume that your repair will end up in a super hot climate and aim for that. Anyway! good luck on your adhesive adventures!

The chart is a good thing. I bought 5 rolls of 3M foam tape for screens 6 years ago and it never cured on anything I tried it on.

Superb for car interior reworking, especially if you're rebuilding cabin plastic. Not so good for aluminium or glass, unfortunately!

using a little heat when applying also helps applying 3m foam adhesives.

@@rottnlove It's kind of funny you and I came up with the same solution and I tried that but I found that painting the mating surfaces with plastic paint required no heat at all and it sticks that 3M to wood, glass and metal, so far that is all I have tried it on.
