It worked. Thank you 🙏My LG 4K UHD TV is back to normal now. When you cover the bus lines on the ribbon leave the first 3 lines open and cover 5 lines ( 4,5,6,7,8). That will do. Carefull when you pull the ribbon not to damage the circuit. There are no side locks to push to unlock the ribbon. Simply pull it carefully. That will do. Also you will notice that there are two ribbons. They light up screen half and half. Only one of them need to be fixed. Video shows which one to pick. When you pull a ribbon half of the screen goes blank. Once you fix the ribbon by isolating bus lines as shown in the video please put the ribbon back to the slot. That will do😊 Mine works.

Good afternoon, thanks a lor for your video. I have approximately the same LG Tv with almost the same TC Board. I have signals Clock 1 to Clock 8. But on your video it's looking like you have not apply tape on the 3 firsts ones. Why ? I was wondering that we have to block all the clocks signals.. ? Thanks a lot for your answers !

mund të ndihmoni mua? I have a 42" Philips lcd tv. When I plug the tv to mains power it auto start from stand by to white then it clicks, the white LED light stays on for 8 seconds, then clicks off. The screen itself never comes on at all (not even the "Philips" startup screen) and there is no sound from the speakers. I removed the back and I don't see any bad capacitors. The fuse appears to be good as well even mosfets. I do hear a VERY slight buzzing noise coming from the power supply then stops.

it depends on the defect of the screen, there are TVs that require more lines to cover, there are TVs that require fewer lines to cover, you must try to be successful. even if you don't cover the lines correctly, nothing happens. the only way is to try
