با سلام شما ایرانی هستید ؟! من این ودیو را دیدم ، مثل همین شاسی فیلیپس دارم و مشگل این که ولتاژ ۳.۳ ولت و بقیه ولتازها ۱۲ ولت خروجی دارم در خروجی کارت تغذیه، وبی روشن نمیشه، من حدس میزنم کارت کنترل عیب داره . یک لحظه میخواد روشن بشه ولی برمیگرده و حالت فلش میزنه و بعد صفحه سیاه . . ممنون میشم اگر تجربه دارید منم راهنناییدکنید .با تشکر . خسرو از سوعد .

Hi sir I have the same chassis, Philip's, there is 3.3 v and output voltage t.ex 12 v , the TV trying turn on one second but not more after 3 5 min the standby diod turns on red . Philip's 46 PFL 5527T/12 . I think the control bord may have fault, I would be thanksful for your advice . Tanks a lot 😊🙏

When you install the capacitor does it matter and what direction it goes in?
