I’m surprised they just “go bad”. I have one right now that keeps saying the limit switches are open despite checking the entire sensor loop and each individual sensor to confirm they all work properly.

@@dougd936 the original ones last longer because of the warranty on parts, but the replacement ones don't last as long.

If they would release a standard electronics schematic diagram you'd be able to easily troubleshoot the PCB as well as practically any other HVAC system. But it's as if the diagrams they publish assume that you have zero electronics knowledge and "just connect this color to that letter and don't worry about what they're tied to inside". If a very simple electronic problem exists you have to replace the whole PCB rather than quickly troubleshoot.

Actually the Lennox system has the schematic printed on the inside of the bottom panel

@@justinrabbit9901 I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. What I meant is a complete, detailed schematic of the PCB itself. So you can see the circuitry on the PCB in a format that follows electronics industry standards. I'm very good with electronics hardware so having a schematic would really help in troubleshooting the board. I was able to repair the problem.

Honey Bunny I found it, googled your part number with "control panel". I hope that helps. It goes for around $60.00. It showed on Amazon and Ebay as well.

Nice video well done. One thing I have this really say is that the beginning showing your things going to show for safety iconic your stickers. If someone don't know how to work safely around electricity, they shouldn't even be attempting to go into the and try to repair it, or any electrical device. Nice you showed that that's a good idea video though, or at least protect you, but doesn't protect idiot that has no business being in there though. Just my thoughts knowing electricity and mechanical functions, for if someone has to tell someone to be safe, then they have no business doing what they're attempt to do may be.
