Repairing 1980s scanoe!

A friend gave me this 1980s scanoe. The front was busted and the was a hole in the bottom and there's a couple cracks on the side.
I have big plans for this scanoe I'm hoping to use it to duck hunt a little and do alot of fishing out of it this year.
