Good Morning Rachel from Colorado Springs. We've got about 10 inches of snow on the ground right now but it's supposed to hit 60 today so I am hoping most of the snow will melt.... About a month ago I spread Epsom salt on the lawn and it really helped... I also trimmed up the edges and circles. For the circles I used a piece of scrap rope and made the circle with the trees off center and spray painted the rope outlines I kept my circle neat. Have a wonderful day!!

Great tip about the epsom salts and I hope your snow melts quickly. For me that would be a nightmare. Laying rope or hose on the ground works well for informal curves but you'd need a Da Vinci eye to be able to make a perfect circle from it. Thanks for watching and have a great day.

Yes, building work can be very damaging but a little repair work now should sort the lawn out for next year.

@ I hope so. The ground there it very uneven. Would you recommend tilling it? I know nothing about grass! Then reseeding

I’ve never , ever , thought to do this . As I watched it being done & completed , it seemed so elementary . My methods are ridiculous . The grasses are exquisite . And the planting presents such a United Front . I often think like this as I watch.
