Did you check state of door to body connector? Most of these problems are there.

I did not check on the driver's side (just used a jumper wire) but the door to body connector was indeed the issue on the passenger side. I just "jumped in" and started making things happen during this video haha. I should have checked the connector on the driver's side, like you suggest. Thank you for the help!

Dingle...do u know if the side mirrors are all the same for model years 2006-2010. The parts book says not but I think they are all the same mirror. Thanks, Jeff

Hey there Jeff, I'm not sure myself 🤔 It would make sense to have the same mirrors between years, and I thought the only difference is the color (chrome or black). Let me know what you find out!

Instead of going through all the hassle of soldering. Unless you're really into that. You should just look into the quick splices or t splice.

If you have the couple extra cents they make solder sleaves that work with a heat gun. They solder the joint and heat shrink it at the same time. But t splices work great in dry applications too.
