Tks for the great videos. Could you please share which spray paint are you using? Does it needs to be Marin grade? Tks

Good tip! Did you ever try adding graphite powder to the glazing putty so that it's black already?
@foilsurfmachines Жыл бұрын
Have not tried that

@@foilsurfmachines Follow-up: I did try adding graphite powder to the green putty, but it didn't work too well. You have to mix a ton of graphite to get rid of the green color and by that time the putty is beginning to harden-up. I use the original JB Weld to fix bad dings in windsurfing fins, as it's pretty hard but still wet-sands okay. I have mixed the graphite with that successfully because of the long setting time of that epoxy. I just used the glazing putty to repair lots of nicks and scratches on my hydrofoil, and I do like this stuff. Thanks for the tip.

How'd this happen in the gorge, is it super shallow at some spots? Getting in and getting out?

I am used to sandy ocean bottoms. Rode my foil until it hits bottom on rocks. Also very difficult walking in and out of water bare foot over rocks.
