I've definitely seen this - the whole crew jumps out to repair. I think all the crewmen keep the repair kits on them except the one that actually repaired the track, but its annoying to fight enemy tanks when they all just jump out of it and die.

Haven't had multiple crew come out to repair one thing, considering myself lucky with the repair kits being one use unlike MOWAS2

But this is how its programmed - i dont use any mods here.

I dont think the crew necessarily 'spent' those repair kits in the first scenario. More so that they took them from the tank and is now located in their inventory. This probably does need some investigation by the devs though as multiple crewman shouldn't be popping out for one repair. I'd report it on their discord if you havent already. Edit: I also wonder if this is being affected by the fact you have the units tagged as 'AI' controlled rather than 'Player' Controlled

It happen also in conquest SP, so Ai controlled units behave same as Player controlled units.
