Sadly soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. (Babvvo law ) !!!!!!!!

Chris...you've created what we all want. A usable 4.3 Vantage that looks like a V12...but you can actually use it !. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. I've got a 2007 V8v...and absolutely love driving it. Keep up the good work.

Re colour. The light grey is winning for me. It shows the shapes of the car off by giving high and low lights. Will also show off all your grilles. Let alone it’s probably the best colour for resale. Keep it classy!

Cracking video chris mate, looking so mean and moody now. colour for me would have to be bright orange or lambo-lime green. bit of advice for the open cone filters mate due to where they are sitting would be to get a breathable cone filter sock on each one as road rash and water could end up getting sucked up. ive just bought some ramair cones for the jag........that charger is gonna whine now :) keep up the great work and once this damn heatwave is over i will swing over to you buddy.

The bonnet open dash light is because there isn't a bonnet to latch hence it will show 'bonnet open' 🙄 Please get rid of those black wheels, they look bloody awful. Get a carbon slam panel and V12 carbon grill from EPC in Poland. Then go for the Aston Installations Android auto/Apple car play upgrade to the audio system with front and rear cameras.

Looking good mate. The service indicator is reset via pressing dash buttons (see youtube) Check out Aston Martin colours lightning Silver and Xenon Grey (immense metallic!!) I would stick with an OEM Aston colour for resale value. The bonnet warning is a FoMoCo sensor which attaches to the slam panel. They go wrong regularly when fitted but can be eliminated by splicing the wires together.

My choice of colour would Le Mans Gulf Blue with Orange detailing. It would allow all the carbon accents to show, especially on the very expensive bonnet, as the bonnets vents would be lost if you went for a dark colour. If you want the car to really stand out, then have a look at Aston Martin's Racing new Gulf livery. Its bound to put a big smile on your face everytime you open the garage door, and an even bigger smile once you're driving about in your newly finished AM V8 Vantage. 👍👍

I love seeing this beauty resurrected! For a color I would suggest a red that in the sun has an orange flake that makes you believe it blurs the line with orange. That color would contrast beautifully with the carbon. Hopefully the interior is something that is flexible to exterior color change.
