Your head gasket might be damaged and leaking the coolant in to chamber.Check the coolant level and if found the level goes low too fast then replace the head gasket.

You try to locate the leak,most probably it's happening because a faulty seal, faulty gasket, replace with genuine parts.

Find out which in side sound is come from, if its come from water pump side, then remove it and check the bearing. Replace if its damaged

@@knowledgeadda1861 noice is come from engine, as i told you before can't tell the real reason without inpect it. I recomend you to dismantle the engine and sort out issue. If you are not sovle it, day by day it will increase.
