As a NY City boy who works hard fixing subway trains every day I envy you and your way of life. I would kill to have something like that. Just me, the boss (wife) and my dog enjoying the water, fishing and just relaxing, meeting good people and having a few cold ones on the river. Man! I would give anything for that. Hell if I was single I would live on that boat!
