Repeat violator strikes again - EDSA bus lane

Watch as SAICT enforce the exclusive bus lane on EDSA, apprehending motorcycles, cars, vans, luxury vehicles and more.
As per enforcers, during the impounding process of the alleged colorum van, there was a dispute between some passengers and the driver - because the driver was allegedly unable or unwilling to refund the passengers. Allegedly the driver gave a partial refund while the dispute was being discussed at Police Station 7.
At one point in the video, I use the term “no papers” - this was clarified with an onscreen text which explains that the driver was allegedly unable to show an OR/CR for the porsche, but was eventually able to show a sales invoice.

The reason why many motorcycles are being apprehended is because they tend to slip through any free spaces on the road. Even on stoplights, they tend to occupy the front covering the pedestrian lanes which is a violation. This applies not to all riders since I see some waiting behind cars.

I started using the bus carousel this week. It's faster cruising EDSA, but it's also more expensive than using my motorcycle. However, after the bus ride, I still need to ride old jeepneys to get home. I wish modern jeepneys would come faster! Haha.

idk how they can enforce this kind in the PH but the other day I was watching a bodycam of a police in USA making a traffic stop, there was a red light violator who also happen to be some kind of ex convict (so not suppose to be driving and other extra violations) the police came up to the guy asked for license and registration. driver said nah i dont need to, officer replied, "Yes you need to give them. Ok sir, I'm gonna ask you, then i'm gonna tell you, and i'm gonna make you". The guy ended up being chased, tasered, and arrested

Because I see it all the time, and it was my wife's running mentality in the beginning. Not fixing something that has just broken, even a little bit. If more people here in the Philippines would perform preventative maintenance, and fix the little issues as they happen. Everything would be in overall better working condition. She gets it now and doesn't complain anymore when I say something little needs attention.

The buses are dispatched based on demand. Having bumper to bumper buses would be a sign that the busway isn't working as it should. Adding more buses when they're not needed would cause congestion and queues at the bus stops.

I was wondering if people aren’t fully utilising the bus service yet in Manila or is there even enough bus supply to meet demand? Ideally we want everyone in the car lanes in buses. Why are these “bus lane” enforcers appear on selected areas in EDSA? You have 6-10 personnel in one or two areas but in the other parts of the highway, you can’t spot them. Especially in the Quezon City areas near Quezon Ave. Haven’t they thought of activating the traffic cameras again since for me, No Contact Apprehension worked. Not a 100% but it worked to discipline traffic violators. It needs a little bit of tweaking but it’ll teach motorists to obey traffic laws.

You must be new here. First, edsa is very long, to monitor with enforcers will need a lot of headcount. On cameras, there is a court order for that to be not to be used at this time, may nag file ng case. I think mmda is actively fighting that in court

I know there was couple of cases against the no contact apprehension scheme and was discontinued but wala na bang pag asa na i-improve yung system and pagpapalakad? You said EDSA is “very long”. So titigil nalang ba sila dun at wala nang gagawing ibang paraan? When replying on a comment, you need to suggest something that could possibly help and not state the obvious. I assume you skipped the part when I typed that the N.C.A needs “a bit of tweaking”.
