The Einhell 2025 1U table saw has a right hand threaded blade fastening bolt! That differs from "standard" blade axle bolts that are left threaded (to self lock). So be aware when changing blade on this saw. Also - I show how I adjusted the rip fence and blade to be more parallel to the miter slots.

Omg thank you for this video and I manage to adjust my blade, was also slightly pointing to the right.. It amazes me that I had to search on youtube for help and actually finding what I need, Einhell manuals are the worst.

Do it with saw upside down, more room to get blade on and give it a good tightening. Get thick glove on hand thats pushing the wrench, if wrench slips off and you have unprotected hand you could gash your hand open.

THANK YOU!! This is almost what I want -- my model is RT-TS 1825 U. I've changed the blade once but forgotten how. You've reminded me that I must have the ultra-slim spanners...somewhere. The Einfell booklet isn't very clear either in words or photos -- it shows normal spanners but doesn't even draw arrows!. I don't understand why manufacturers don't make their own videos. I didn't even know you could adjust the blade so it's parallel! I don't think you can on mine. I TRY to work with 2" x4" (50mm x 100mm), long lengths 2 m or 6 ', and the saw just can't handle it -- it burns and smokes. By the way you have better English than me, and I'm English, especially for the technical words. I'm trying g to get resin and rust and burnmarks off of three circular blades, soaking in washing up liquid hot water and vinegar, and will add this one of I ever get it off. Thanks for the tips!

Thank you. I cleaned the blade with a liquid product for cleaning glass window on log burner. Not pleasant. Still burned and smoked. New blade solved the problem. Tnx.

I`m pretty sure it is an entry-level Scheppach TS100WZ. I bought mine from Aldi and the only apparent difference is the body is Blue rather than Orange. There are a number of videos available, (mainly in Russian) but yours are by far the best. I too have struggled with the blade alignment but, being rather dim, I finished up virtually stripping it down to a heap of nuts and bolts! Many thanks for your videos, I have `em all on my playlist. One tiny tip from me, buy a little pack of N35 magnets, they are invaluable when you inevitably drop a bolt whilst changing the blade. Stick one on your spanner and hold it down into the well, it will save you hours of frustration and scratched fingers. Thanks again and please keep posting!

the screw is on the right so it's a normal screw to be tight in the opposite direction as the disc is spinning, if it was mounted on the left side of the disc it had to be a left-handed thread screw so it will be tighten also in the opposite direction as the saw blade spin.

Thanks! I did not consider that :). Now it makes sense! The motor axel is spinning counter clockwise in this case. So the blade applies a clockwise resistance - and will thus tighten a right hand threaded bolt. Your insight is most appreciated :)

Great video. Mine is coming tomorrow, reading all bad comments on products, I was thinking to return it without even opening it, but maybe I will give it a try. One question - can I install 210x30 blade instead of stock 230x30?

Thanks for the kind feedback! I bought mine to learn what I need from a table saw without wasting to much money :). For that it is so far worth it. I have not tried 210 mm blades so I cant say for sure how they will work. I can speculate though and see no reason why they will not fit. But the teeth of a 210 mm blade may revolve a bit to slow (smaller diameter but same rpm). AND - the riving knife will not work so well in preventing kick-backs (smaller blade diameter will create larger gap to the knife and the knife curvature will not match the blade). But I honestly don't know for sure. Thats all I can say about that. Good luck with your table saw!

This saw is exactly like my JCB TS-254. Are they made by the same company?
@kjell-olovhogdahl6557

Sure looks like the base design comes from the same blueprint. Some have suggested other brands are also this design exactly and proposed they are made somewhere in china by the same manufacturing facility. I actually don't know. But I would assume the probability is very hight that this is the case! Your TS-254 have better fencing system though. I hope you can do good work on your saw. Mine I bough just to get started and so far it is enough for me to learn on.

Hi Kjell-Olov Högdahl 🙋🏻‍♂️Thanks a lot for your sharing... I have a question. As you know Einhell table saw comes with a 250x30x3,2 mm blade (Einhell 2025 serieses). Did you try or have you any guess to mounting a 254x30x3,2 mm (such as 10” Bosch Optiline wood - 60T) blade?

Thanks for your feed back! Unfortunately I have no experience on using such a Bosch blade on the Einhell table saw. From the data on the blade it s e e m s it should fit. But I will have to refer you to a more reliable source of information to confirm this :). Good luck with your blade and saw!

@@seedubyu Thanks for your valuable feed back! Yes, I am also scared when using this saw! There are soft starters to buy that removes the "bang" start. But I suppose the better deal would be to buy a better saw (with soft start) from the beginning :). Or use the band saw which i, I agree, is much more pleasant to use! Take care :)
