The blade on my Einhell 2025 1U table saw was badly misaligned! Watch me find out how to adjust it to get a saw with a square and parallel blade!

This is a brilliant video! Great for people to know how to get best results from it!! These saws aren’t bad just put together in a rush as they are cheap and mass produced.. a little bit of time and you can get it set up well enough to get better consistency 👍🏻

Thankyou for posting this. After a lifetime in joinery I retired. My son gave me a saw like yours. I had been used to the best in machinery so I did smile when I saw it. Amazingly I found the basic machine after a few modifications to be very capable. I must say I removed the flimsy legs and mounted it on a sturdy table base . Regards Stuart from the UK 👍

Thanks for your feed back! I envy you for having been working with professional tools! But the up-side is that there are new types of "success" lurking in having to adapt less capable tools ;) I wish you all the best with your modified "hobby" table saw!

Great video with many detailed information! I have the previous model BT TS 1500 Einhell table saw and I did the same calibration 5 years ago when I bought it! I still have it and it works fine (woodworking for hobby)! It is a honest machine for the money I gave ! Thanks for sharing 👍

Thanks for your positive feedback! Yes - I am also satisfied so far with going with this low price machine to get going and learn. So far it outperforms in value for its money. And you get to tinker with it yourself which is in some sense not all bad ;)

You should also check out "MODIFY EINHELL TC-TS-2025U GIORGOS KOLARETAKIS" (kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3bOqn2hoKemfZo ). He builds a new fence for the Einhell and it may inspire your own design? Thank you for the video. It was extremely helpful. I watched it a few times until I understood fully. The music is very interesting - it is a really interesting effect when the tuning is altered - I think that is what is happening - I'm not very good with pitch.

@kjell-olovhogdahl65574 жыл бұрын

thanks. still dont know what table to buy...
@kjell-olovhogdahl65575 жыл бұрын
You're welcome! Good luck with fining a saw to buy. Maybe consider to do what I did. Buy a cheap one and spend the money as an investment to investigate and "learn". Some things are hard to decide buy thinking alone. I still not regret buying this saw. But owning and using it, pushing it to its limits, will surely lead me to buy a better one. And when I do, owning this one will highly affect what saw I will buy next. And surely, the second saw will NOT be the one I would have bough if I had tried to buy the "best" one in the first place ;)

Hi, so did this adjustment solved the play the saw had? (shown around 0:40)
@kjell-olovhogdahl65573 жыл бұрын
Good question! Yes, I seem to have forgotten that when I adjusted the saw. Sorry to say I now longer own this saw so I can't check. I guess though that the play probably is still there. And you have to trust that the side forces are low when properly aligned. At least I was able to use the saw in at least one high precision project and it performed quite nicely :). I which you good luck with finding a table saw that meet your requirements :)
@hrvojegramnjak24473 жыл бұрын
@@kjell-olovhogdahl6557 Thx for the reply :) I already own this same saw, I have essentially the same problem you had, I tried to align everything but that shakiness at the back of the saw wheel still remains,. Precise cuts are pretty difficult. I got what I paid for I guess :)

@kjell-olovhogdahl65573 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking! It is a good saw for its price. For me I still think it was the right saw for me to get my feet wet. And to know if I even need a table saw which, it has turned out, I am now not sure is the case :). Never the less, If you need a table saw for a low price that works and can be adjusted and used to make quite high precision cuts - then I can recommend it. If you want a table saw that makes precision cuts repeatably and with ease you need a more expensive saw for sure. I which you all the success in finding a saw that fits your needs :). Take care!

I purchased this table saw a few weeks ago and on the complete square angle of 0 degrees the saw blade is not square, it bends to the left, looking from the front at it, slightly by a degree or so, seems like a defect!
