REPLACE CARBON BRUSHES on Siemens washing machine - in SIMPLE STEPS

If your washing machine stops running, interrupts or doesn't run smoothly, it might be because of worn down carbon brushes. The carbon brushes conduct electricity from the fixed to the moving parts of your machine. When they are worn down, the motion of e.g. the spinning might be enough to disrupt the electric flow. In this tutorial I will open up a Siemens Siwamat 6123 step by step to replace them, but it can still serve as a rough guide to changing the carbon brushes on other machines.

Thanks for sharing this with us all. Just a note, you dont have to remove the motor neither losen any bolt, everything can be done from the bottom.

You can find the model number in the description and in sec 0:04 of the video. But washing machines are built up similarly, so you can definately learn, even if yours is different.. Good Luck! :)
