Thank you so much for your video. When I went to clean inside my Ryobi pole saw, the bar and chain fell off. I figured a video on how to replace the chain would show me how to get it put back together again. The part, where you mentioned the arrows on the chain, was especially helpful. Initially, I put the chain on backwards; but your video set me straight. Thanks again.

Explained in a step by step logical process, not rushing or speed talking, the camera angle was spot on and not jumping. Well done!

@@Toolspecs good question…OPP1820? Slightly different from the one in both your video & ryobi?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge👍...A question... The tensioning screw does not tighten...why?
@Toolspecs Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question. The tensioner screw is a infinite screw, meening it doesn't bottom up against a nut or anything else. It's made like this so that you can keep adjusting it as the chain stretch. The only thing that will make it feel like it tightening would be if the chain is over adjusted. If you meen that it doesn't adjust the chain, then your chain is probably over stretch and you need a new chain. Or the pin isn't in the hole of the bar.

@@Toolspecs Thanks for the response, I was able to adjust it after a thousand laps.😊
