Helpful video, it is tight in the box I have. I think my contacts are dirty but I have to take it apart as I cannot clean them with it installed. My relay was toggling just like this. A bunch of connection were loose (4) relay is working now after basic cleaning but I’m taking it apart and detail it.

Relay box is good carbon build up needed to be cleaned off contacts

Why was there no electrical conductive grease put on the probe or down the tube when you installed the bulb??

In your video you did not check your high limit temperature or even set it You did not show what temperature it was at before you took it out and what temperature the cut off was when you put it in..
