Hey, thank you for this video. I was able to change cartridges after watching this. I have a problem: the tri-color cartridge isn't giving me good quality results. It gives a dirty green color in place of black and all the other colors are slightly yellowish. What do I do? P.S. I got my cartridges refilled not replaced with new ones.

+cobus oosthuizen sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Page yield. Historically printer manufacturers used their own methods for estimating page yield. However, this made it difficult to compare different products. Nowadays, the published page yield is based on the Industry Standard for measuring yields (refer to International Standards Organization ISO 24711). The actual yield varies considerably based on the content of the printed pages, the frequency of printing, the ink used in set-up etc. You may find that you will get more pages when printing in Fast draft mode. XL size cartridges offer up to 50% lower cost per page compared with standard size cartridges. Our recommendation would be that you leave your printer powered on in normal usage conditions, only power it down if you will not use it for an extended period of time (ie: longer than one month) For further information check out Learn About Supplies page: hp.care/2cSvmJz HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge should yield 190 pages. HP 61XL Black Ink Cartridge(CH563WN) should yield 480 pages.

+Lai Yuh luen Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. A little ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks. This helps to prevent issues such as printhead clogs and poor print quality. There is no way to bypass this feature. Please refer this document for more information: hp.care/2o4Uu2k
