thanks for great help, any idea to close the little doors in front of the cartridge with no cartridge inside ?

I don't think you can, and I suggest you don't even try. I had a client once who messed with this little doors and something happened in the back of the printer, at the sistem that rotates the cartridges, and it was extremely complicated to rearrange them in the correct position.

Nooo, don't even try this kind of thing, because after that you may have to replace the developing unit also, which is very expensive. The original Canon black is not that expensive, and for the colors, if you find them too expensive, I recommend the compatile toners from Katun. But only Katun, I wouldn't trust anything else.

If the toner not yet finished can we take out the toner. If we take out do it have other risk?

You can take it out, no risk at all. After that, you can reinsert it or insert a new one, no risk at all.

Really annoying when your almost empty toner is making an issues but you can't just replace it because it's not entirely empty, you have to unlock the option first. Unneccessary complications.

Happy to help! You can't check for toner levels on this product. It only shows low toner message when it's under 10% or 5% I don't remember. And I think it has a sensor in the hopper unit that tells you when it's empty and forces you to replace it. But you have no way to see the actual toner levels. There is no chip on the toner cartridge and the copier only shows OK or Toner LOW or Toner Empty.
