This is a dangerous video. A job like this isn’t DIY. If you have some electrical experience and knowledge of HVAC, sure. But the amount of information you give is just enough to get people replacing capacitors unnecessarily before they need to be replaced or worse seriously hurt or killed. Another thing is the reason a compressor costs $3000 is because you can’t get a compressor for the unit. At that point you’re replacing the whole unit for a new one for the same price or cheaper because it’s old and time for replacement.
