It honestly is really sweet man. Would love to see those before and after dyno numbers. Also nothing beats the sound of a turbo spool/ turbo blow off valve shuttering. Going to be tackling this job at the weekend. I went for a second hand turbo instead of new. Hopefully it's an improvement on the old one

Overall its a pretty easy job, and we got it all done in one evening. We got a noticeable amount of power gain switching them out! Good luck!!

Honestly we have no idea! We went to a import shop in town looking for intercoolers and the guy grabbed this one from the back. We did not get much for details either, but we made it work!

@@jessefloyd7508 Nope. Caused more problems, these trucks don't need it. We ended up putting a new motor in this Surf and did not reinstall.

Dirt Garage Ah ok. I know they are prone to have the head crack if they get hot so that's why im looking into the intercooler.

Honestly, this was a while ago, and I don't remember! I do remember struggling too. We just pulled it all apart again to do the head gasket. So I will let you know if what we find out on reassembly.
