Slick dolly! I make stuff like that but heavier duty when I move machine tools. If anyone reading this does one you can buy foam riding mower front wheel assemblies that can't go flat. I use them on riding mowers and even blade strikes don't bother them. The only thing I'd add to that one if a little extra fab work doesn't matter is a long T-handle on the caster end with the T piece being about a foot wide for easy dragging over uneven ground. A couple pieces of round bar drilled for hitch pin clips (more convenient than cotter keys, not that it matters much make fine axles. Your local steel supplier can help you and most will bandsaw parts to length on the spot. If you don't weld they will know local welders but it's an easy job. BTW if you have a pickup used liftgates are easy to install (they sell the adapter brackets online) and they will save your back without requiring a trailer.

We but a door in the hood and have the air filter in the duct under the hood. That way you do not have to craw under the house to change the filter.

Are those square to round transitions galvanized steel or aluminum? What/where are you buying the round pipe you start with? Looks like they are riveted or spot welded together, as opposed to snapping together like furnace pipe.

What happened to the 3" pump ups?? Guess they got scraped too. I still would have used that hinged door for easier coil access. Maybe this unit will get better maintenance. I will say not liking the filter in the crawl. Out of sight out of mind.

He could have used an appropriate size pad and that would provide 2-3 inches of additional height. Most homes in tn have filter grilles in a common area and a decent merv 5 filter is fine for this situation.

I dunno, I might be hypercritical here but this video is kinda gutless... 30 seconds, in the beginning, is spent talking about the cool filter rack he's gonna install, then he spends another minute later on talking about how he can't install it and how he will install a rack in the crawl space instead (Like others said: Out of sight, out of mind. Not a great solution). 30 seconds spent on a paid in-video advertisement. Two minutes of a five-minute video absolutely wasted, 40% dedicated to what? If the video is just to show off an install then that's cool, it's a nice clean install. I just feel like it's under the guise of a technical walkthrough and an excuse for product placement. Just my two cents...

I HATE mastic tape. Please stop using it. Do us all a favor. Just stop. I do like that dolly though. Might have to make one if I changed more package units. You know. Doing it right by using silver tape and mastic so the next guy doesn’t have to suffer.
