Velux should have had a recall on varnish coating blistering and flaking even in Scotland

I’m trying to get the end piece off to reveal the cord. It’s not a screw in the end. It’s like a rivet. 😩

Hi Steve, everyone is different there must be a screw or a cover that will need to come off first, try not to damage the wooden sash by pulling out screws. Hope this helps.
