Replacing Bunk Boards on the Trailer

I'll take you through the process of what I did. As usual, hopefully (1) this video is helpful for your own project or (2) you can tell me what I did incorrectly!
By the way, I think this trailer is not very good for my boat. The wheels are too close and the boat sits too high. Less stability and higher center of gravity. Would love another one some day.
