Cap’n, once again I survived the fall. My pride was bruised and I was just a bit more shell shocked but… otherwise , no damage. Thanks for training me to always wear my PPE when watching your vids. I had put on my gloves, hard hat, knee pads, ear muffs, face shield and steel toe Croks… and, just as I was reaching to latch my fall restraint lanyard…. BAM! You know, my cat like reactions aren’t as quick as they once were. They roughly resemble 90w gear oil being poured in January. I guess I’m gonna have to set my alarm a few minutes earlier on Thursdays and Sundays… just so I can don the appropriate safety gear for the morning project! I too use my small tractors front wheels to pack in tight areas. There is something about molding those curves, offsets and odd spaces with a rubber tire that I find oddly satisfying! See ya Thursday bud.

Hi Mike. When I saw you tossing the stones to the side, I felt I knew what was coming. I was correct and the result was fantastic. I had no doubts about it as you had done that type of work before. It is too bad they did not have more rocks, but as you say, "Run what you brung". Have good days!

USAF or Nato country's use for low flying in Wales. They are on the side of the valley, looking down onto the aircraft as they fly along. There will be some craft that you would not be familiar with.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Very interesting and entertaining job done very nicely. Love the views from that area. I saw the other day the Indiana area single winner has yet to claim the 1.3 billion ticket. With all the apparent shopping DP has been doing lately I was wondering how long he’s going to wait before claiming that winning ticket. He’s eventually going to have to admit it to Jenna. Definitely see the need to claim that workbench wherever you find a place for it. Wishing you and your family the best.

I laughed when you talked about who may have put the culvert in 10 years ago. I'm a carpenter in Maine who work for a company who owned 75% of the downtown buildings in Bath Maine. Bath has a very nice downtown filled with Mom-and-Pop stores. It is also very historic so the company a was always spending big bucks to bring the downtown back to where the historic committees felt it should be. I started with the company in February 1980 and a couple years later we started replacing the 1960s plate glass store front windows with wood sash divided light storefront windows. A lot of the sash were 10 or 12 feet tall and 4, 5, or 6 feet wide. It all depended on how to mull them together to make it look right. Anyway, after 25 years with the company and having some health issues I left and did some bucket list stuff. I returned to the company in 2012 after being asked many times by the family who owned the business. Now to my point, I was walking past a store and looked at the window sash that someone had built. I said, who the heck built that? Ooops, it was me 30 years before. At least the storefronts I rebuilt after that looked better. Learn from your mistakes and learn something new every day. At 66, I'm still pounding nails and learning.
