Replacing EGR Valve Holden Rodeo Diesel | Episode 12 Learning and Skills Challenge

One major thing to keep an eye on is the soot build up in the egr valve and most importantly the inlet manifold if that’s never been removed and cleaned. You will be surprised at the power difference and your engine will run cooler. What ever you do, DONT, play around with the egr solenoid, I learnt the hard way. It throws the parameters out if you play with it. Regards, Mario.

I think it was about 260,000km
