Thank you for a very helpful video. It appears to be impossible to purchase Dow 795 sealant in Atlantic Canada. Can you recommend a source for it?

about to undertake the same job, very grateful for your detailed video. Wish I could see you applying the caulking. Also wonder if it would be worth it to gently heat up the polycarbonate during the dryfit so it can take the curb of the roof.

Hi, yes you could try that, but I would leave out in the hot while you prep the surface. Once in place, put a towel over it and add weights at each end until dry.

@@timothywisner-4p1mo96 Good! It’s a lot easier that one would think. Surface prep is the most important part. Note, if I had to do it over again, I would use the same original darker tint polycarbonate. Knowing how easy it was to remove the window, I would remove them and is use them as template.
