Replacing pressure sensors in DQ250 02E transmission. Mechatronic repair

P1814 18222 - pressure control valve (KRD) 1-N215: open circuit / short to ground
P1815 18223 Pressure control valve 1 (N215), short circuit to B +
P1819 18227 - KRD 2-N216: open circuit / short to ground
P1820 18228 Pressure control valve 2 (N216), short circuit to B +
P0868 17252 - Pressure in the gearbox adaptation to the limit
If during computer diagnostics of the DQ250 (02E) box you see the above errors - the reason is mechatronics pressure sensors and we will also provide a service for replacing them. Also, the sensors change in case of oil leakage through the mechatronics connector, they begin to let oil into the ceramic board area, and this corrodes the conductive coating on the mechatronics board.

Hi, these are my fault codes, it has attempted to be repaired by testing place and I think they replaced pressure solenoids(wouldn’t tell me what they did) but the fault still arises when gearbox gets hot, when gearbox cold it works brilliant

I was just about to order a new mechatronic, but found your video and figured, I may as well open the TCM to see if anything jumps out as the cause of my 18223 code. Which pressure sensor is for which solenoid? Is the one in the bottom left corner (at 0:14), first to have voltage tested in the video n215? And what's the "pin out" of the sensor's three wires? + - signal? Also, I had oil inside the cover. How does it make its way in, and how can I prevent that when reassembling? What sort of adhesive/sealant is used on the cover? Thank you for the video and any help you can offer. Might be able to save a good chunk of money.

Масло проникает через уплотнение датчиков давления! Там резиновое кольцо с наружным диаметром 24мм и толщиной 2мм. При сборке дополнительно герметик.

If this sensor fails does it cause oil leaks from the mechatronic connector? No error codes or issues. Just oil leaks

Привет! У тебя уже масло внутри блока! Под крышкой! Чаще всего достаточно заменить уплотнительные кольца. Я это делаю даже не отпаивая проводников!

Does the white cover just pull off or do you need to cut it?
