Replacing Propellers on CX 10 or S1102 Nano Quadcopters

Thanks so much, got my drone flying again ;) cant believe they did not include this information in the manual that came with, I went online and bought a pack of spare propellers, motors and a protective cover and it has made it much more enjoyable to fly, its not a cheerson but pretty much looks the same

Thank you sooooo much!! It's day 2 of having my Rabing Mini Foldable Drone, and I already crashed it, landing it upside down. And one of the propellers had been pushed in. So I was watching a ton of 'replacing propellers' videos on KZbin. This was the only one that worked!

Heh. I had opened one of mine and then put the props on wrong when closing it back up. It just flipped over on its side. So then I thought I followed your instructions, but ended up with all of them on wrong, and so it would just push itself down harder instead of going up :D I did get it right eventually. I'm glad I didn't break anything when I opened it, and it was just the wrong blades on the wrong motors. I had no idea they were different!

Thank you for the discription of mounting the Blades. We have two of CX-10 and a lot of spare Blades with A1/A2 and B1/B2. We were don´t able to put them on the right Motor. Your Video helped us to make it correct. Thanks a lot... :-)

Thanks. This was a big help. Question, is it normal for it to loose connection after a crash? It seems like every time it crashes I have to turn it off then turn it back on again. Also, sometimes after a crash the propellers stay on. I have to turn it off then turn it on again.

thanx a lot, great help, I did not know that is ts so important put propellers right way! I replaced mine just villi-nili and it will just flip on one site, than after watching this video a put them proper way (not realy) and instead of lifting off - was pushing to the ground, so I paused video and changed them again as per video. And finally this little "bastard" was flying again :))

Hi guy :) I see that you have made unipropeller for cx 10 when you break it. Can you do a video of just 4 uni pale propeller ? i have see that 4x 3 pale propeller do too much auto-depletion of air and so decrease time of battery in regard of 2 propeller. So 1 propeller will reduce auto depletion of air at is best and perharps rise the time flight by 20%. thanks a lot man !

+Kevin Jones As in not spinning AT ALL, or spinning weakly? Sometimes resetting the gyros helps. Is the light still on to that section?

So, are the blades marked A1 and A2 for the counterclockwise and the B1 and B2 blades for the clockwise or vise-versa? Or do you put a A1 and B1 on one side and the A2 and B2 on the other. Any help on this? Knowing the attributes of the designation of A1, A2, B1 and B2 would be very helpful. Thanks.

+Don Holmes I haven't actually compared those, because not all props have the markings, however I suspect that is the case like you said. Personally I just look at each blade, determine the orientation of the side of the prop that is over the body - facing either forward or back - and make sure it is slanted down. That way works, every time, for every kind or quadcopter, regardless of the brand of replacement props you get.

***** Yes, you should be able to use CX-10 replacements on the S1102; however I've found some can be a bit loose fitting. They vary a lot, some will work well, others less well, but they should all work. I also have some S1102 replacement props available for sale on Amazon, I will put the link in the description.

That's great, I am just a beginner and I have no idea how to replace the props correctly. The illustrations on the instruction booklet are completely useless, they don't tell you how to arrange the props on the machine.. I am surprised that he doesn't use a prop guard to protect the props from damage.

PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THIS VIDEO !!! Using pliers is like using a sledge hammer to crack a walnut, if you don't have the tool that can with it use a kitchen fork and slide it either side of the blade or being very careful the edge of a blade alternating sides.
