Our next project will be to replace the bearings on the old roller so that we have that in reserve.

Any advice for removing the F63 Sole front roller? I removed the right bolt and loosened the motor and pulled off the motor belt, but the left side of the roller won't budge. There's a lot of rust. Not sure if that's what's causing it to stick. It's definitely different than the F80 though. The left side goes into a metal hole/flange, maybe 1/4" sticks out.

Sounds like it is rusted in mounting hole try some W-40 or blast rust remover

Good video(s), got a question-how do you know when rollers are bad enough to replace? Do they gradually drag more? Since they seem to have ball bearings, it surprises me greasing isn’t a regular maintenance item on them.

Well in general they get noisy when they go bad I don’t believe they cause any extra drag on unit I have read that do even factory tech say this sometimes but I have never seen it in 25 years drag (amp draw ) is always in belt /deck and they are sealed bearings with no grease port like a skateboard they don’t even sell replacement bearings only rollers😒
