I just tried on my lx570 2009 and i had to take off the selenoid to fit in there and moving up the oil line for the tranny that pass by the oil pan i think the tundra and sequoia have a lil bit more room but at least you helped me still thanks?

on a 2014 tundra is it the same space in that spot bc i did everything you did up until that point bc it wouldn’t fit through, maybe i didn’t try long enough but i ended up loosening up the exhaust

this was not an oem starter. if you do this job, remove the engine mount and jack it up an inch.

Bryant Poe 🤔hmmmm maybe 08 is different ... the old starter was tight getting out the new replacement from dealer is wayyy smaller to make job easier but cost about 350 for it

79ramirez79 no go on a 2010, 4x4... no where near to be able to remove through the a arm like in this video... tomorrow i'll pull out part of muffler, exhaust manifold will stay intact...

I have a lift and it worked this way…. I believe it only works this way if you have a lift.
