Replacing the locking pins on a Mountain Top Roll

I own one on my WildTrak, it is rubbish! Not waterproof, take space off the cargo bed. Also currently one of the cables for the lockingpins is broken after 3 years rust. Not very expensive (bikestore) but I must completely remove everything to fix it, bad design!

Hi there, The handle om My mountain top is stuck at a upright position, you know where it only goes up when you pull with your four fingers. How do I get it back in the normal position?
