Hi Carl. Yes it’s very expensive, but what do you do. Used ones run 35000-65000. New ones are on another level above that. The stove is working well. Processor will be coming out soon. Thanks for watching.

Thanks so much Jacob. We will get a video out soon on the processor. I try to fix most things like the stove problem. I will leave the diesel engine to a real mechanic. Thanks for watching. Great to hear from you. Later my friend.

Hey Al. The case tractor is worth an engine. You know what they're worth new and used. It looks like you'll have to set your alarm and top up the stove.

Thanks Kenny. I feel that I should replace the motor too. It’s just hard to put 10-12000 in to it and end up with something that’s still worth the same money. I’m thinking I really should look at putting a wood boiler in. My house has propane hot water boiler and my shop has in floor heat with a hot water boiler. I think both me and Chris would miss the wood stove heat. So I burn some propane until I get out there. I’m getting too old to have that kind of duty. Thanks for watching.

Hi Mr. Del. I’ll get the Skid loader problem solved. The skid loader still runs but once started and warmed up it don’t sound to bad. It’s not a long range plan obviously but has helped me continue the addiction. I have put 50 hours on it since August. I don’t put the motor under a heavy load when operating it . Del are you putting your stove in your house or garage? We should have a video out on the processor soon. I love cutting with my saws but being able to run most logs through at 17-18 inch is a huge back saver. The big ones 18 and up I have to cut with the saw. Most trees aren’t that big any more. I’d say 10-15 percent are bigger than 18 inch. Thanks for watching. Take care my friend. Have you recovered to full health? Later bud.

@ Hey Mr Al , I’m putting my stove in my garage . It metal and insulated . It’s a small stove . I’ve never done anything like this before and it makes me nervous . Yes sir , I am back 100% now . Glad the loader still is running and you can use it .

@@inthebackyardwithdel438hey Mr.Del, I have put 3 firewood stoves in and as long as you follow the specs for the stove and your state it’s not bad. I was nervous like you on the first one. As long as you double check everything as you go , it’s not bad. Do a video on it. Later buddy.

Nice job Al. Ya trying to work upside down at the top of the inside of the stove can be a challenge. Maybe put big pieces of wood at the bottom then small ones at the top. Might be easier to get her full. To bad about the Case. What is wrong with the motor ? Have a great day Al. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻

Good morning Noel. I noticed in Early August that it was starting harder than usual. It was also smoking when it started but cleared up. I have put 50 hours on it since August. If you remove the fill cap it has blow by coming out . The motor is made by a Japanese company called Shiburo. These motors are used a lot in the early models of small ford tractors. From what I have found they have had a lot of problem with these motors. Funny thing is they aren’t all problems because many have 5-8000 hours with no problems. Of course I had to win the prize of getting one with problems. The motor only has 1250 hrs on it and was made in 2007. We definitely have bad rings on a cylinder. It seems weird when it starts it really rumbles and is definitely running rough on 3 cylinders. As it warms up you hear the 4th cylinder kick in and once that happens it runs some what normally. I first thought we had bad glow plugs on it. The motor burns oil like crazy. Thanks for your interest in the Case, and thanks for watching.

So I don’t know what you’ve tried with it. But it could be cylinder carboned up and stuck rings. I’d put transmission fluid in the fuel and crankcase oil. Transmission oil will clean things up. Just a thought. Can’t make it any worse. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋

Hello Al, if you like the machine, it be worth putting an engine engine in, when I was looking for him I just could not find one that had been taken care of. Is the only reason I bought a new one👍🇺🇸

Hi Larry and Robin. I need a skid steer to move heavy items . I can’t tell you how much I depend on that machine. I use it for everything. I at least have been able to still use it, but gently. I go back and forth on this problem. One thing I worry about is did Shiburro change anything on the replacement motor compared to the one that we’re taking out. No one has been able to give me a straight answer on that. I wanted to see if we couldn’t retro fit a Kubota motor as a replacement. There are no kits at this time available. I’ve been looking for a good used one. Well I found what you found. Some pretty beat up equipment. Some aren’t bad but the price pushes to close to new. Thanks for commenting Larry. Appreciate you watching.

Nice fix on the stove, if the rest of the loader is ok , do the engine then. If you buy a used loader you never know if that will be ok in the long run

Hi Larry. We are going to pull the motor and see what is actually causing the problem. Then decide whether to fix the motor or buy a new motor. Thanks for stopping by to watch and comment. Later bud.
