Replicating Plastic Screws with Resin Casting

I had to make a copy of a plastic screw to replace a broken one. I first tried designing and 3D printing one but I wasn't happy with the result, so I tried resin casting with polyurethane and a silicone rubber mould. The end result is pretty good!
