I found out my old Ferrari 458 widebody liberty walk has been abandoned in Jacksonville Florida! I happen to have a spare key and thought I should repo it to safety! The car has been trashed and left in a random parking lot by the beach. The destroyed Ferrari will be towed in a couple days!

Few options you can try out with this situation still. 1. Call the police of Jacksonville and ask if they know any Caden or w/e their name was. 2. Explain the situation to the police and ask if there would be any chance or consequences if you would take the car with their permission. 3. Hire a detective in to track down the current owner of the 458 and strike a deal with them. 4. Leave the situation as it is and regret it later that you didn't take any action to take it back, this is like a golden opportunity for you to make it happen, the car got written off cause it was too expensive to repair, the repairs that need to be done now are cheaper (atleast I think they are), then when your car was total'd. It's just sad to see the car like this, no car deserves this, especially your old 458. I'm curious about the whole situation now so keep posting updates about it, maybe let me know if you are taking action.

I don’t know how it Goes in the US but there is something in the law. Named res nullius. It means you can have things that is nobody’s property and make it your property. So basically if it was really abandoned you could take it back for free. It’ s a really complex law so i don’t know, just saying. ( i am sorry if there are mistakes, my English isn’t very good, but i am working on it :) )
