This was a funny episode, what an idiot, his car was just paid for and it's toast now! Also, because the repo guys filmed him destroying his own car if he tries to make an insurance claim that would now be insurance fraud. He'll receive no money and a criminal charge, and based on the fact it was filmed a criminal conviction. I mean, how does he attempt to argue his way out of this one? I really don't understand how they can enter private property without consent and ignore a lawful orders to leave. That is trespassing here. They shouldn't be on private property without a court order. Repo the car on public property or go to court and get a court order for the car. A smarter thing to do is lock his gate. If they break the lock to exit he can have them charged with property destruction. It his property so he free to do as he pleases.
