Just want to say thank u, thank u, thank u! I just did this a couple weeks ago at the age of 35 and reported my own birth and it worked!!!! Just a tip, each consulate has a little different rules regarding how many copies or originals of each document.

Photocopy lang notarized and original lang is yung bc and marriage cert

Dalawang return envelope ba kamo ginamit sis ? May nakita kasi din ko sa rom mo ? So isa sa rom isa sa Rob tapos lahat lahat nilagay mo sa final brown endevelop ? Or tig isa ng brown envelop din ? Sorry na confuse ako

Hi maam rosemics. Im also sending my ROB AND ROM at the same time. My question do i need a separate envelope for rom and rob? And do i need 2 money order for each? Like $25 for rom and $25 for rob?. I need clarification please. Thank you

I separate my documents to different enveloped but I put it both in one envelope and 1 returning enveloped.

Kung dito ka nanganak sa US then yes kase wala namang record sa pinas ang anak mo hondi ka makakakuha ng passport

Para ito sa mga may anak na us citizen na gustong ireport yung birth sa pinas (only to those na may Filipino parents) no not required.

@@srus4663 they will email you that they received it and you will have a notification that they sent it back to you or you have a tracking number that you can trace for your return envelope

What i mean is sa cover letter ang address na dapat ilagay is Philippine Embassy Civil Registration Unit 1617 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington DC, 20036 tapos yung address naman sa philippine embassy sa website nila is 1600 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036 So nalito lang ako kung anong address ilagay sa mailing envelope
