Doesn't mean it's always fake but you gotta understand people who work with cameras and editing do this all the time, even in porn. 90% of time the guy can "erupt" just fine but every so often, with performance issues they have a bottle of fake goo to apply to the actor/actress. It looks that way but it is live. It’s the way the lighting, field of view, editing, etc. are so that it displays the background of the city nice and neatly. My sister was in film so she taught me a lot of this stuff. News might fake a lot of shit but this looks genuine for once.

Look at how the top window of the white building on the lower right at 00:16 suddenly appears at 00:17 after Anderson moves. And how the grey building with the 3 narrow windows changes color at 00:19 & 00:20 as Anderson moves again. Green screen.

The “shadow glitching” when he moves is most likely car alarms or muzzle flash. Plus the instant sound isn’t instant the camera crew was said to be 4 football fields away from the explosion which is 365.76 meters and sound travels roughly at 343 meters/per second. And the video is old so likely has extreme tearing, so the tiny second blends into the audio of the explosion.
