The main problem is Kinshasa Administration which failed to fulfil its people and nation interest. M23 has the right to defend its community against discrimination and ethnic cleansing. Tutsi minority have the rights like other Congolese and without addressing their grievances congo will never get any peace! They Are Congolese not Rwandans and you are treating them like foreigners in their own land.

Rwanda can win the current battle, but for how many years can they hold Goma if the Congolese take up armed resistance? Because it's the citizens themselves who insist that the president must not negotiate. They are tired of 30 years humiliation, of the Rwandas killing and pillaging DRC's minerals.

It's crazy how huge and wealthy DRC is being threatened by tiny forces. Unless Tshisekedi is a peace-loving president and/or is hindered by other constraints e.g avoiding civilian casualties, I don't understand why he can't invest massively in instantly extinguishing the threat. I would engage some of the craziest countries globally to help, if setting up local (and other African) defense systems/personnel can't be done quickly enough
