@@reneesellers9708 I called it the little cozy cutie. I loved it, but those basement stairs did me in. Plus Mom lived and passed there and that was hard on me for the year that I remained after she passed.

That's a cute place and a nice chunk of land. I miss my old galley kitchen...and my little bungalow, but this place is easier to clean and has some convenient touches that are nice to have, especially as we age.

@@easystreetwithjen I miss having the nice 2 car garage and two separate back yards. Both were gardens. I had a sump pump that flushed through a built in outdoor pipe that the owner before me had placed into the second yard that was her flower garden. Whenever the sump pump flushed it watered the garden. I keep most of the flowers and planted veggies as companions. Although I miss the land, I like the quiet serenity here 🥰.

@que-stead-que1717 I've never lived in a house with a garage. I would find that to be a luxury, especially during the winter months.

@@easystreetwithjen it was wonderful. I think of that garage every time that I clean snow off of the car 😬.

@@que-stead-que1717 We have a metal carport, but no snow. At least there's protection from the sun.

I meant to say during the video that I only paid $200.00 for the lot after it didn’t sell at auction. I sold it for $10,000. The current owner just sold it for $20,000. I learned that after I was contacted about the deed of sale because the new owner bought it through a quit claim. The realtor needed to get my signature stating that I had sold it through the county.

Yes I loved it. The county people continued to mow it for the remainder of the first summer when I purchased it. The mower told me that it was his favorite lot to mow because it was so level. I used a push mower and it was easier to mow than my hilly yard is here lol.
